    Absolute nightmare. Was lied to on several occasions by several staff. Phone answering was inaccurate and names (basic names) were never correctly spelled when emailed to me.

    We were overcharges on 5+ occasions and had to invest countless hours correcting invoices.

    I upgraded from 1 desk to , and was charged an early termination fee for upgrading.

    Deceitful, arrogant management.
